Job Description:
- Ability to conduct basic market research and analysis in the field of Waste management, Urban Infrastructure & other businesses.
- Identify & Collaborate with potential clients to bring out new business leads.
- Carrying out tender research through various sources.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines making required adjustments according to the framework given by authorities.
- Advise and help in getting competitive offers from the suitable and eligible suppliers/ manufacturers compatible with tender documents and review their offers.
- Achieving Key Personnel’s requirements as mentioned in the tender documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.
- Contribution in cost and price calculations.
- Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation.
- Attend bid opening meetings on client’s behalf and report back the summary and key actions required from them.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
- Maintaining bid record and relevant document development.
- Coordination and Liasoning with the governing authorities.
- Arrange all post bid reviews with clients, post-contract award.
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent Ms Office, Tender Evaluation & Bidding.
